Fun and Challenging!

An entertaining book of riddles not only for kids but for adults as well. A fun collection of riddles that promises to entertain and provoke thought that will challenge and bring about laughter. Puzzles range in levels of difficulty to encourage learning and I suggest you start at the beginning because they grow more difficult to solve. Fun to be had!

The author, Gary Adkins brings together a collection of riddles and puzzles that promote learning, thinking, and time for parents and kids to spend together. They range in difficulty which encourages and promotes growing one’s thought process and problem-solving skills. Plus, it’s just fun!

The narrator, Lan Tran delivers each riddle and puzzle smoothly and clearly. There were some I thought he delivered very professionally where I would have been laughing too hard. He speaks evenly with a light airy voice that subtly invites the listener to smile.

Overall, this is a fun book. The only thing I did not enjoy was the ticking of the clock – you were given around 15-30 seconds to solve each riddle – the ticking reminded you of this. I found this distracting, although I do understand its purpose. Otherwise, this is a fun and entertaining audiobook!
