The first couple of chapters of this book detail the situation, introduce characters and set the stage. The dialogue and interactions begin later in the book than I am used to experiencing. The details are interesting and flow smoothly as the author does not lose his audience in techno terms, he keeps it clear and understandable. He provides rich and almost tangible details to immerse the audience. Rich Wyatt details the battles, and world-building, and builds an intriguing storyline to keep the listener focused!

The narrator, Christopher Curtis, keeps the suspense and action moving forward and more deeply emerges the listener with his storytelling skills. He speaks clearly and with the needed energy to keep the storyline flowing smoothly. His deliberate pauses and punctuation added to the narrative keeping it intriguing.

This is an action-packed, suspense-filled sci-fi adventure with detailed descriptions and an engaging narrative.
