Casimir FitzDuncan is facing lots of changes in his life both work and personally. In this second edition, Caz is hired to find and take down a charlatan who plays very rough! His reputation is growing more favorable amongst those he would like to socialize with. His friends and girlfriend are instrumental in this mystery and the great takedown.

John J. Spearman has created yet again another adventure and mystery for Casimir FitzDuncan that is both entertaining and engaging. With each new book, the listener witnesses the kindness and gentlemanly ways of Caz. Spearman methodically creates a situation and then throws in a plot twist that is well-done and unexpected. His attention to detail is communicated through his rich and vivid descriptions.

The narrator, Ruel Fulford once again gives a wonderful performance. He dons each character and gives a realistic performance. He speaks clearly and with an appropriate emotion to reflect the situation and personality of the character. He is smooth in his deliverance as is his cadence. I enjoy listening to him.

This is a great series. Each book is clearly written and interesting. It’s one of those "hard to put down" books.

There were no issues with the quality or production of this audiobook. It was clear and crisp.
