The author, Ross Taosaka, provides key information that provides the listener with enough motivation to keep moving thus enhancing their flexibility and informing them what they need to do with their body to keep it healthy. The helpful hints around food, keeping hydrated, and sleeping were useful and woven into the exercises nicely.

The narrator, Andrew Rowe, speaks in a calming clear fashion that is encouraging. His voice is warm and distinct. His cadence and sound are clear and provide an authoritative ring that instills confidence in the listener. I found his voice encouraging and pleasant to hear as I performed the exercises.

This is an excellent resource for senior citizens who seek to keep themselves healthy and flexible.
