Western Horror Hybrid Delight!

Dead Acre was written by Rhett C. Bruno and Jaime Castle. A western horror hybrid of how a lone wolf gunslinger who is an instrument of Heaven wanders into Dead Acre to slay monsters and fight the demons of hell. These two authors seamlessly weave together the main storyline, while filling us in on our protagonist and adding a subtle subplot. Definitely a fast pace, no-nonsense read/listen. Great for either a western fan or horror enthusiast.

Narration for the audiobook was performed by Roger Clark. Clark did a fantastic job and provided depth to the tale. He did this by performing unique voices for the cast of characters and delivering it consistently.

Editing, quality, and production were on par with most books I have listened to. It was clear, no issue with sound or quality.
