Vivid descriptions, rich imagery, and well-developed characters provide an engaging story.

The narrator, Danielle LaRauf delivers a solid performance capturing and projecting the personalities of each character vividly. Her delivery is strong and energetic as well. Her voice is smooth with the proper amount of intonation.

This is an interesting and intriguing book with a fresh take on vampire lore.
