The authors, Steve Verba and Wayne Wright crafted a captivating tale with your not-so-typical villains or innocent victims. The story is vivid in details and emotions and told from a point of view that allows the listener to see deep within one character’s thoughts and actions. The dialogue was authentic and easy to follow. It is an eye-opening story that makes one wonder and look with suspicion at certain people in our own lives.

The narrator, Wayne Wright provides a vivid and richly told tale with unique voices and a steady cadence. He speaks clearly and defines the emotions well for each character. His narration is strong as he moves fluidly and effortlessly through the story including those parts that some of us might find difficult to hear let alone speak.

This is a thrilling thought-provoking look behind crimes against the elderly and sick, how each of us is affected by childhood, and more.

There were no issues with the quality or production of this audiobook; it was well done.
