The Luna Missile Crisis

by Rhett C. Bruno and Jaimie Castle

Review Written by W. D. Douglass

A Fun Out of World Experience!

This was a great story of history and science fiction being weaved so well together I was unable to stop listening. The utilization of different character’s points of view throughout the story kept everything moving and feeling fresh.

The plot twists were fun and unexpected.  If you enjoy historical fiction, this book about aliens becoming stranded on the moon and its impact on the cold war of the 1960’s is definitely one you should experience.

On the merit of the story alone, this is a captivating listen. Not only was it interesting, it was unique and compelling.  The plot and twists were well executed as were the development of the characters.

However, with the addition of Ray Porter as a narrator it becomes an out of this world listen. Ray Porter delivered yet another great performance. He has an ability of really making each character feel distinctive.

Editing, quality, and production were on par with most books I have listened to.  It was clear, no issue with sound or quality.
