Space Journey as a Young Girl!

As a representative of AudioBookReviewer.com here is a review of Into the Dark written by J.A.Sutherland. This is a coming of age story about a girl and her journey through space. This futuristic setting was unique and well thought out from the hybridization of pre-modern and post-modern tools to the explanation of the unique science used for her space fairing crew. The author took the time to flesh out a lot of characters which was wonderful but created a lull in the overall story.

As for the plot, there was no real conflict for the protagonist until seventy-five percent through the book. That was the only real shortcoming in my opinion. Although that last twenty-five percent was very exciting.

However, with the addition of Elizabeth Klett as narrator it becomes “an easy on the ears” listen. Elizabeth Klett delivered yet another great performance.  She is clear spoken and has a soothing voice.

The editing, quality, and production were on par with most books I have listened to.  It was clear, no issue with sound or quality.

A good solid foundation for the upcoming novels.
