Soothing, Calming!

This is a very brief instructional audiobook on how to manage sensations that might be disturbing or distracting.  The author, Jessica Miller Alvarez gives step-by-step instructions on how to clear your mind and be better in tune with your surroundings.

The author delivers clear and concise steps for clearing your mind and focusing on your surroundings and sensations.   As the author and narrator, Alvarez slowly draws out the words to further level the listener’s comfort and offer some soothing sounds. 

As a non-practitioner of meditation, I listened to this audiobook three times to fully experience its effect of the audiobook. I found the experience interesting and inviting although my mind refused to shut down fully enough to allow me to have the targeted experience. 

For those of you seeking to relax and become in tune with your surroundings and experience sensations in a positive manner, this is a good start. 

There were no issues with the sound or quality of this audiobook, it was well done.
