The author, A.C. Spahn weaves a fun story fraught with danger and adventure. Each character has a depth of personality and presence when appropriate. Each character and plot twist is well developed and executed. Each chapter flows smoothly into the next including the short-style chapters. A misfit captain on a ship of misfit crew members promises to be a fun time.

The narrator, James Fouhey, once again delivers an authentic and distinguished performance. He provides unique voices for each character that further enhances the story and action making the book highly enjoyable.

This book comes highly recommended to those who enjoy light, fun sci-fi books with suspense.
