NANCY GARDNER

Nancy Gardner’s paranormal cozy mystery, Dream Stalker, is now available and is the first of a planned trilogy.

Dream Stalker tells the story of Lily Scott, a modern Salem witch, who has long avoided using her ancestral power to walk into other people’s dreams after a disastrous attempt when she was an adolescent. But now the stakes have changed. Her daughter faces prison for the murder of a local witch trying to close the homeless shelter run by Lily’s estranged sister, a Roman Catholic nun. Can Lily save her daughter? Can she reconcile with her sister?

Nancy’s short stories have appeared in anthologies published by Level Best Books and Cornerstone Book Publishers. Her most recent story, “Death’s Door,” appears in the 2021 spring anthology, Malice Domestic 16: Mystery Most Diabolical. It tells more of the story of Flo and Rose, homeless best friends who find surprising ways to fight crime.

When not writing, Nancy enjoys sharing adventures with her writer husband, David, and visiting with her kids, grandkids, and friends. She finds peace in turbulent times through meditation, playing her harmonica (off where no one can hear), cooking, and taking online exercise classes.

She lives near Boston with her writer-husband, David. You can often find her drinking herbal tea on her back porch and dreaming up further adventures for her fictional characters.
